2nd Annual Biofuels Summit

On May 25-27, 2009 the Second Annual Biofuels Summit takes place in Marina Mandarin, Singapore.
Its goal is to “evaluate the latest developments and opportunities in the Biofuel industry as a real solution to climate crisis and ever-rising energy prices”.
Although still controversial, Biofuel has become a key component in the drive towards energy diversification.
While Europe currently leads the world in biofuel technology, Singapore is expected to become the world’s centre for biofuel development.
Singapore expects to benefit from the fact that Asia will become the largest consumer of biofuel over the coming decade.
